I finally learned how to knit cables. Just finished this simple scarf, and I'm anxious to get on to more intricate cable patterns using smaller neeedles.
LOL Lori! Hooray for you! Cables are SO much fun, and they look great! AND you can even use them as ribbing!
My knitting teacher taught us Very Simple ways to make stuff that looked highly complex and elaborate, like slip-stitch multi-colour patterns, and cables :-) It's great to get a lot of bang for the time invested :D
